As of March 24, 2014, this is the official website of Presidential Bank, FSB. This page is dedicated to help you get to know the website and its features. If you have any doubt or questions please feel free to call our Customer Service Center - the contact info is below at the bottom of this (and every) page. Better still, be a wary internet user and check your latest statement, either online or your paper copy for the Customer Service Center telephone numbers.
If we start at the home page, the most obvious change is the new login box at the top, right of the page. You can now login to your Personal Online Banking account directly from our home page. No need to click to another page to log in. No need to worry about your security. Notice the "https" web address or URL at the top of your browser window. The "s" is for "secure". You may also notice a lock on your browser. Your browser's address bar may also be green. These all indicate that the web session is secure. Any information, such as your username and password, that you enter here is encrypted before it is sent to us via the internet.
An unencrypted or "unsecure" web page is fine when you are just browsing the internet. But when you want to exchange any personal information, you should always make sure you are in a secure session.
Getting around the website and finding everything has been simplified by using the main menu at the top of each page. Each of the four major topics has sub-menus divided into subject areas relevant only to that specific area of interest.
When you are browsing, you will never get lost again! A new feature is the "breadcrumbs" toolbar. Below the main menu, a dark blue bar will fill as you delve deeper into any subject matter, tracing your path. If you need to back-track to a higher level page, it's just one click away. Or you can start over and go back to the main subject area without going to the home page to start all over. Each level in the bread crumbs bar is a link. You can also use the this feature to go back to the home page from anywhere on the website.
If all else fails, there is always the website search feature at the top of each page.
As you scroll down some of our longer web pages, a gray square will automatically appear at the bottom right of your screen. When you are finished and wish to get back to the navigation at the top of the page, just click the square with the "up arrow" to quickly take you back to the top of the page.
At the bottom of each page you will find a link to the Site Map. Here you will get an organized listing of all web pages and forms in use on the website. This is one more way to help you find just what you need.
The Presidential Bank logo at the top left of each page is also a link to the home page.
At the bottom of each page is the general email address and local and toll-free telephone numbers for our Customer Service Department as well as our Loan Servicing Department and their regular office hours.
There is also a "Contact Us" page with much more information about our associated organizations and their websites as well as links to all of our branches and their contact information.
To keep the website efficient, we chose to limit the amount of "bells and whistles" that would add time each time you come to Presidential.com. We are using only one main image on the home page. On the bottom right of the picture is a "View Promotions" button. Click this to see what else is new and exciting or the latest promos Presidential is offering. You choose whether you want the static image or the rotating images.
Presidential’s website has been updated to reflect a forward looking approach to banking with easier navigation, more information at your fingertips and access to your account(s). The website has been optimized for tablets and mobile devices.
