With the Automated Telephone Banking Service you can access your account anywhere in the U.S. to check balances, transfer funds and review account activity. The primary account owner can call toll free nationwide 800 317 6980, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additional owners can contact the Customer Service Center to obtain access as well.

Your Phone Connects You to Your Banking

If your card is lost or stolen you will want to report it immediately. Contact the Customer Service Center at 1 800 383 6266 anytime to be connected to the card management team. With the mobile app you can control your debit card by turning it off when you you’re not using it or if it is lost or stolen. When your card is “off” no withdrawals or purchases will be approved.
