Presidential® Funds Transfer Service
Transaction Limits and Fees:
Only transfers to and from US financial institutions are allowed. This service is only offered for Personal Accounts.
Charges:
Standard and Pay People transfers require up to 4-business days to process. Premium transfers occur the next business day.
The Charge is calculated based on transaction amount, whether your funds are being transferred into or out of a Presidential Bank account, and the service type you select.
There is no charge for incoming standard transfers. Outgoing Standard and Pay People transfers are $3.50 per transfer. Premium transfers are $7.50 each. Fees are posted to the debiting account as part of the total debit.

Your Overall Limit
Standard and Pay People transfers have a cut off time of 10:00 PM PT. Next Day transfers have a cut off time of 5:00 PM PT. Transfers
initiated after this time will be considered received the next business day.
Your Overall Limit is the total available outstanding amount at a point in time for all types of transactions, including inbound/outbound
and Pay People transactions. Your Daily and Rolling 30 day limits still apply to each individual type of transaction as listed below.
Initially, Standard transfers have a daily limit of $2,000.00 and a monthly limit of $5,000.00.
Pay People transfers have a daily limit of $500.00 and a monthly limit of $1,000.00.
Next Day transfers have a daily limit of $2,000.00 and a monthly limit of $5,000.00.
Standard transfers with higher limits apply only after qualifications have been met. Standard transfers with higher limits have a daily limit of
$15,000.00 and a monthly limit of $25,000.00.
Exceptions require prior approval by Presidential Bank and are granted on a case by case basis.
The monthly limit is based on a rolling 30-day period. For example: Based on a 30 day month; if you transfer $1,000.00 on the 6th and
$1,000.00 on the 8th, you will have $1,000 available again on the 6th and another $1,000.00 available on the 8th.
Standard transfer with higher limits qualifiers: Higher limits will be automatically enabled for users who meet the following criteria:
- Established Funds Transfer user for 3 months
- No negative activity or NSF's related to Funds Transfer
- User has completed at least one $1,000.00 transfer from the external account to be enabled. Transfer must have been completed over 60
days in the past
Premium transfer qualifiers: Next day processing will be automatically enabled for users who meet the following criteria:
- Established Funds Transfer user for 3 months
- No negative activity or NSF's related to Funds Transfer
- User has completed at least one $500 transfer from the external account to be enabled. Transfer must have been completed over 60 days in the past
For next day processing, accounts must meet the following balance criteria:
- For inbound transfers, Host account must have an available balance of $750
- For outbound transfers, Host account must have an available balance of $750 + the amount of the transfer
When a new transfer is attempted, a rolling 30-day period is used to calculate funds available for transfer. All transfers made within the
last 30 days are subtracted from the 30 day Period Transfer Limit to determine the funds available.
