No statements mailed

Simplify your life! View & print statements and check images online. To no longer receive mailed paper statements, email us using Secure Email in the Support link within Online Banking. In the subject line indicate No Statements Mailed. Please include your name and account number(s).

 

This service can also be requested in writing (letter, fax or email). To do this, please provide us in writing the following:

 

  • I don't want statements mailed
  • Name
  • Account Number(s) you don't want mailed statements for (last four digits only if in an unsecured email)
  • Contact information (address, telephone # or email address)
  • Sign (N/A if email) and date correspondence

 

Can I change back to paper statements in the future?

Yes, by simply emailing us (use Secure Email in the Support Link within Online Banking), visiting one of our Branches or sending a signed letter to Presidential Bank, Attn: Customer Service, 4520 East West Hwy, Bethesda, MD 20814 requesting mailed statements. Your account(s) will be flagged to start receiving paper statements beginning the next statement cycle.

Please note: We are not providing an email notification or an attached statement in lieu of a paper statement. You are provided historical statements (also known as e-statements or electronic statements) and Check Imaging through online banking.
