Yes, by simply emailing us (use Secure Email in the Support Link within Online Banking), visiting one of our Branches or sending a signed letter to Presidential Bank, Attn: Customer Service, 4520 East West Hwy, Bethesda, MD 20814 requesting mailed statements. Your account(s) will be flagged to start receiving paper statements beginning the next statement cycle.
