News Regarding the McLean Location

In mid-June 2022 the landowner of the McLean Branch location will begin construction on a new structure in the current parking area. The Bank will be open as usual during the construction.

 

However, as a result, parking will be limited. While general traffic will be valet parked, building management is setting aside several spaces for short term parking where bank customers will be directed. The spaces are outside of the valet queue but managed by the valet attendants. Enter the parking lot on the Old Dominion Drive side of the building. Corner Lane will serve as the exit from the parking area. The ATM at the front of the building will remain available.

 

We hope to make this minimally disruptive and suggest these alternative ways to bank for customers using the McLean location:

 

  • Bank online at www.presidential.com. The comprehensive online banking service let’s you check balances, transfer money, pay bills, check your statement, send secure messages to the customer care team and more. Login or sign-up. It makes banking easy.
  • Don’t forget about mobile banking. Most of the services for online banking are also available in the mobile app – plus you can deposit checks right from your phone. Download the app today: 
  • Register and use the automated telephone service to check balances or transfer money between accounts. Available 24 hours a day, just call 800-317-6980 to get started.
  • Visit the branch at Tysons Corner, located at 8150 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182 or in Reston at 11211 Reston Station Blvd., Reston, VA 20190. For additional locations, go online to www.presidential.com/locations.
  • Call the Customer Service Center at 800-383-6266 or 240-333-9059. We are open 8am – 10pm eastern time Monday thru Friday.
  • Teammates at the McLean Branch will still be there to serve you should you choose to come in. If you have any questions call the Branch directly, 703-748-2900, 9am – 4pm Monday thru Friday.

 

The construction is expected to last well into 2023. Please pardon the inconvenience. Building management is working closely with the Bank to ensure that inconvenience from the construction is minimal. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated!
