Over three hundred customers and guests braved the elements to attend the holiday receptions hosted at branches in Bethesda, Rockville, Tysons Corner and Leesburg during the month of December.  Bruce Cleveland, President & CEO, Douglas Haskett, Executive VP & CFO, and other officers were on hand to personally convey thanks and offer well wishes.  Other branches, the Customer Service Center and Operations were represented by their managers and staff.

The receptions provided officers and staff the opportunity to personally thank customers for their business. Many customers acknowledged the Presidential staff for the great service they continue to receive and wanted to recognize specific staff by name.  Accolades included: "excellent service", "best bank around", "the Customer Service Center is a life saver" and "very much like the personalized service and attention that only a community bank provides!" Several expressed their thanks for Presidential's discipline and leadership in weathering the financial crisis, especially in light of continuing bank mergers and failures.
