Douglas C. Haskett II joins Presidential Bank, FSB, as Executive Vice President and CFO. Mr. Haskett replaces previous EVP & CFO Dave Erickson, who recently retired. Mr. Haskett has more than fifteen years in banking and public accounting. He brings a broad background of financial and leadership experience to Presidential.

 

Prior to joining Presidential, Haskett served as Executive Vice President and CFO of a $1 billion commercial bank. In this position he managed most aspects of the company’s financial operations including finance, accounting, strategic planning, budgeting, asset liability management, bank relations, legal, and personnel. Previously, Haskett spent six years in banking serving in mortgage and banking positions from Audit Director to Chief Operating Officer and CFO. During this time, he was directly involved in all aspects of operational, strategic and financial management.

 

A certified public accountant, Haskett’s career included 9 years in public accounting, most of which was focused on providing auditing, internal control and corporate governance assurance services to financial institutions. Haskett holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from Old Dominion University.
