Second Annual Holiday Reception a Success

Surpassing the previous year’s attendance, the 2008 customer holiday receptions welcomed over 360 customers and guests. Bruce Cleveland, President & CEO, David Erickson, Executive VP & CFO, and other officers were on hand to personally convey thanks and offer well wishes. Receptions were hosted at branches in Bethesda, Leesburg, Rockville and Tysons during the month of December. Other branches, the Customer Service Center, and Operations were represented by their Managers and staff.

The receptions provided officers and staff the opportunity to personally thank customers for their business. Many customers conveyed their heartfelt appreciation for Presidential’s personalized service and good value. Accolades included: “unbelievable service,” “we feel like it’s our own private bank,” and “life-saving service!” Several expressed their thanks for Presidential’s principled management of their money, especially in light of recent bank failures. Needless to say, the receptions proved to be an overwhelming success!

Presidential hopes to continue similar efforts each year, fostering a sustained expression of appreciation to the people who provide for our success…our customers.
