Presidential Savings Bank is about to launch its new automated voice-response account inquiry system, enabling customers to check account balances using a regular touch-tone phone and a pre-assigned PIN to receive information via computer-generated voice, without the need to talk to a human.

Please be assured that our humans will continue to respond to customer inquiries, too.

In early January, the voice response system will become an additional menu option to callers who call the bank's main telephone number. Shortly thereafter, additional telephone numbers providing direct access to the system will be announced.
