Effective March 8, 2008: The Third Party Transfer option (accounts established where the owner is someone other than yourself) will be removed from the Funds Transfer service.  On this date, all pending transactions will be deleted.  You may continue to use Pay People to send funds to third parties for future payments.  If you are not currently using the Pay People option, you will need to establish the payees again.  With the Pay People option, the recipient will receive an email notifying them of the payment and must log into a secure website to claim the funds by choosing ACH (electronic) or check payment.  BillPayer can also be used to send check payments to individuals.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
