David L. Erickson- Executive Vice President

David L. Erickson is Executive Vice President and CFO of Presidential Bank, FSB. With more than twenty-five years in banking, real estate, and public accounting, Mr. Erickson brings a broad background of financial and leadership experience to Presidential.

Prior to joining Presidential, Erickson served as Senior Vice President, Operations for the seventh largest real estate brokerage organization in the nation. In this position, he managed most aspects of company operations: finance, accounting, planning, budgeting, bank relations, legal, personnel, information services, mortgage banking and branch office operations in over 70 locations.

Previously, Erickson spent seven years with a $2 billion Mid-Atlantic Thrift in various positions from CFO to President to COO. During this time, he managed all aspects of the bank’s major functions and as the bank’s primary public spokesperson was quoted many times in local and national news stories on housing and banking issues.

A certified public accountant with both real estate and insurance licenses, Erickson began has career spending thirteen years with the International Accounting Firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company where he served the accounting and tax needs of clients ranging from small privately owned firms to Fortune 500 multi-national corporations.
