Haila C. Cleaver is Vice President of Retail Banking Operations. Mrs. Cleaver joined Presidential Bank in June 2005 bringing 25 years of retail banking operations, management and leadership experience to Presidential. Cleaver spent 12 years in senior management positions for various financial institutions. She has an extensive professional background in the banking industry with an emphasis on Electronic Banking Operations.
She is currently responsible for the branch network, internet banking, call center and retail operations.
Prior to joining Presidential, Cleaver served as Vice President and Department Manager for several banks ranging in asset size from $2 – $52 billion. In these positions, she managed multiple departments, delivery channel operations, product development, compliance, customer service, budgets, projects and strategic development.
