Presidential ATM cards are available at no additional charge for all checking and savings accounts. A customer can request an ATM card when they setup a personal checking or savings account or by completing the application (pdf).

Use your Presidential Visa Check Card as an ATM card to withdraw cash and for shopping in stores, restaurants, and hotels. No IDs to show, no waiting for check approval. Use your check card anywhere VISA® is accepted. Works just like a credit card but transactions are debited from your account as soon as they are posted.

Will I be charged ATM fees when using my Presidential ATM card?
Unlike most other banks, we do not charge our customers for any ATM/Point of Sale usage. However, many ATM owners apply surcharges for using their ATM's. This surcharge will vary by ATM owner.

Can I deposit at any ATM?
ATM deposits are limited to Presidential Bank machines only. However, there are several ways to deposit money into your Presidential account.

How much can I withdrawal with my ATM Card?
$550 per day for ATM cash withdrawals and $500 per day for Point of Sale (POS) transactions.

How much can I withdrawal/purchase with my Visa Check Card?
$550 per day for ATM cash withdrawals and up to $1,000 per day for Point of Sale (POS) purchases.

How can I access all my personal accounts?
You can link multiple accounts to one card. You can access all your accounts with one ATM/VISA Check Card at Presidential Bank ATMs. You can access your primary checking and primary savings accounts at non Presidential Bank ATMs. Call Customer Service at 800-383-6266 (M-F 8 am to 10 pm) to add existing accounts to your ATM/VISA Check Card.
