PRESIDENTIAL® AGAIN AWARDED "OUTSTANDING" CRA RATING.
August 10, 1999. For the second time, Presidential Savings Bank has been rated "Outsnding", the highest category, under the Community Reinvestment Act. This rating results from the most recent regulatory Compliance Examination of Presidential® conducted by the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), Presidential's federal regulatory agency, during June and July. I determining this rating, OTS took note of not only Presidential's record of significant home mortgage lending volume in neighborhoods throughout the Washington, DC, metropolitan area, but also Presidential's record of extensive lending to finance smaller apartment buildings in low and moderate income neighborhoods in the District of Columbia and elsewhere in the Washington area
Presidential® was also rated "Outstanding" under the Community Reinvestment Act following its regulatory Compliance Examination conducted as of December 5, 1995.
DAVID. L. ERICKSON JOINS PRESIDENTIAL® TO HEAD UP NON-LENDING AREAS.
April 13, 1998. David L. Erickson has joined Presidential Savings Bank as Executive Vice President, effective today. Mr. Erickson will be respondible for all retail banking, accounting and loan servicing operations, as well as compliance and other administrative functions. He has over 25 years of banking operations experience with a number of different banks. Prior to entering banking, he was an audit manager with Peat, Marwick & Mitchell.
