Presidential Bank's PC Banking Account Access Upgrade
Your privacy is your own…

December 4, 2003 – Your opinion does matter! PC Banking customers can now have multiple user ID's for each account holder of a joint account.  The need for this change came from those customers that have both joint and individual accounts.  This situation constitutes the need for separate logins per customer to protect the privacy rights of all.

Why would a customer want individual User ID's and Passwords for account holders?
A good example would be if a husband and wife had a joint account and the wife had her own account. The wife might not want her husband to be able to have access to her account but both husband and wife can have access to the joint account with their personal User ID's and Passwords.

How does this work?
It is simple. By notifying Presidential Bank's Customer Service at 800-383-6266, the customer can have different User ID's and Passwords established for the account holders.

Presidential Bank is pleased to offer a higher level of personal security to its customers.

Improving Internet Banking Customer Service

December 1, 2003 - Presidential Bank is pleased to announce that Internet Banking password changes will be required less frequently. The decision to change the password expiration frequency was in response to customer requests. Presidential Bank wants its customers to know that the password expiration policy assists in our ability to maintain a high level of security and protection of your personal information.

For more details about the password expiration policy, please contact Customer Service at 800-383-6266.

Checking accounts -- finding the best deal

Punitive fees have reached new highs and continue to siphon money out of consumers' checking accounts.

Also, it still costs more to open a checking account at an Internet bank, but after that initial investment you'll earn higher interest, pay lower service fees and need less money in your account to avoid those fees.

Presidential Bank has important news...we’re upgrading our systems!

Effective May 17, 2003, Presidential Bank will be converting its core computer systems to one of the most up-to-date processing systems in the banking industry. This change will be largely invisible to you as a customer, but it will help us to broaden the range of products and services that we can offer.

Please be assured that only our systems will change - the ownership and management of Presidential will remain the same.

As part of the pending systems upgrade, beginning on Monday, May 19, 2003, you will notice a new look in our online PC Banking system, with improved functionality and user-friendliness.

These system changes require no action on your part! Your online banking user ID and password will remain the same. However, any letters in your password must be in capital letters for the new system until you change your password.

In connection with the changeover to the new system, you will receive two statements for each of your accounts during the month of May. You will receive one statement for the period May 1, 2003 - May 16, 2003 and then another statement for the remainder of the month of May.

PC Banking and Telephone Banking may be unavailable from the evening of Friday, May 16th through the morning of May 19th. We apologize for any resulting inconvenience. Online Historical Statements and Check Images will be available throughout the conversion.

For more details on Presidential Bank and its products and services, please contact our customer service department at 800-383-6266.
