Presidential® Upgrades to BGP Routing

April 25, 2000 - Presidential is pleased to announce an upgrade to our web site. We have added BGP routing services, which allows user traffic to flow between several Internet service providers. BGP creates a dynamic environment where traffic flows though the Internet service provider that has the best route at any given time. Although this change is transparent to our customers, it will result in faster load times and faster access to information on our servers. At Presidential, we are committed having fast, reliable access and are continually improving access to our services.


Presidential® Extends its Call Center Hours!! 8am-10pm Eastern Time

April, 5, 2000. Presidential® Bank is extending the call center hours effective Monday, April 10, 2000. An increase in customer inquiries after "traditional" banking hours inspired Presidential to make this change. "Presidential wants to make banking with us as easy as possible, and this is one way we can help out our customers", says Patricia Kite, Vice President of Retail Operations.
