Deposit Receipt Notification by Email

Presidential Bank provides email notification of deposits received via US postal mail, messenger, Federal Express, UPS, or ACH (electronically) and posted to Internet Checking, Internet Checking Plus, Internet Money Market, Premier Savings, and Internet Savings Accounts. Now instead of receiving a paper receipt in the mail you’ll receive an email alerting you that a deposit has been posted to your account.

Get Your Deposit Receipts Online Instead of by Mail

Paperless Receipts are a great way to make your life easier. No more waiting for the mail to confirm that a deposit was received. No more calls to see if your direct deposit posted. If you have an Internet Checking, Internet Checking Plus, Internet Money Market, Premier Savings or an Internet Savings Account you will receive deposit receipt notification online instead of by US postal mail.

Why “paperless” deposit receipts:

  • Receive an email the very next business day after your deposit has been received
  • Receive notification of all electronically deposited items
  • Your account information is password protected and secure
  • It's FREE!

What is an Email Deposit Receipt Notification?

Email Deposit Receipt Notifications is a replacement for the paper deposit receipt traditionally mailed to the accountholder after a deposit has been posted to an account.

Email Notification replaces the paper with an email to the email address you designate alerting you that a deposit has been posted to your account. The email notification contains a link to our password protected Online Banking service where using your customer ID and password you can login to your account to view the deposit details. The email does not contain any account related or personal information.

If you have already activated Online Banking, Current Activity, there's nothing more you need to do to receive your email deposit receipt notification. If you have not yet activated Online Banking, Current Activity you'll need to do so. Activation is easy just call Customer Service at 800-383-6266 Monday through Friday 8 am to 10 pm Eastern Time.
