Ned Duffy, Vice President, Commercial Loans
Ned has over 30 years of commercial lending experience, financing all types of businesses and commercial real estate. One of Ned’s specialties is financing owner-occupied commercial property. He also handles construction loan packages which convert to permanent loans with our Bank. Ned also serves as the Bank’s Commercial Credit Administration Officer.

Steven Marr has 25 years of public and private sector experience in the
financing of multifamily housing. He joined Presidential Savings Bank
in 1990 where he launched its commercial mortgage loan program for smaller
apartment properties. Steve is a graduate of West Virginia University,
holding a BA in Political Science and a Masters of Public Administration.

Jack Tarquini, Vice President, Construction Lending
Jack Tarquini specializes in land acquisition, development and construction
for sale financing in projects that range from single home to construction
of major subdivisions. With over 20 years of lending experience, Jack
