Steven Marr has 25 years of public and private sector experience in the
financing of multifamily housing. He joined Presidential Savings Bank
in 1990 where he launched its commercial mortgage loan program for smaller
apartment properties. Steve is a graduate of West Virginia University,
holding a BA in Political Science and a Masters of Public Administration.

Jack Tarquini, Manager of Construction Lending
Jack Tarquini specializes in land acquisition, development and construction
for sale financing in projects that range from single home to construction
of major subdivisions. With over 20 years of lending experience, Jack
has an extensive background in business development, analyzing market
trends and project feasibility, examining project economics and borrower
financial condition, troubled debt resolution and environmental impact
issues. He has a degree from Manatee College in Florida.
